Phase 1: Discovery, data collection and strategy
We begin the process by working with you to gain a thorough understanding of your organization, culture, business goals, success measures, timing and budget.

This phase typically includes research, analysis, interviews and meetings with your key stakeholders and employees. We also audit your existing communications and infrastructure, as well as business initiatives, to understand how the project relates to the larger context of your organization.

We then begin our step-by-step communications planning process to identify your business case, target audiences and concerns, communications objectives and messaging, establish metrics, and start designing a communication strategy and messaging platform that builds a powerful connection between you and your employees.

After the strategy and recommended set of solutions are established, we move to phase 2.

Phase 2: Design and development
Now that the communications objectives and strategy have been established, we begin the process of building out the campaign: creating the design, messaging framework and communication elements. Each campaign has a custom set of solutions.

During this phase, Kesher also works closely with the identified client team members who will be involved in making key decisions and approvals. We present several creative approaches and then work with you through two to three rounds of design and content reviews, ensuring alignment at each stage of the process.

Once everything is finalized, we prepare for the launch and implementation in phase 3.

Phase 3: Implementation, execution and assessment
In this final phase, your communications campaign is ready to be launched and implemented. We also evaluate the measures and metrics to assess the campaign's success, and to give us the information and feedback to make any adjustments going forward.

This phase of work is about implementing the campaign's vehicles, tactics and programs, but ultimately it is about educating, engaging and motivating your employees; it's about translating strategy into business results and bringing the campaign to life.
